SFI Group of Companies and the Department of Labor and Employment signed an agreement on September 17, 2014 that supports the government’s thrust in creating relevant and current labor market information. SFI Group, together with its international partners HireLabs and Success Partners, provided assessment grants to DOLE that would help profile the country’s entire workforce.
The grant consists of 100,000 free HireLabs Employability and 21st Century Skills Assessment units.
“We are hoping that through this partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment, we can help address the K-12 implementation by the Department of Education, enhance the Labor Market Information by creating the very first and most comprehensive TalentMap of the Philippine workforce and support DOLE’s JobStart Philippines program,” said SFI Group’s President and COO, Luis Alberto A. Anastacio.
