Servicio Filipino, Inc. field personnel convened for a training workshop prior to the holidays at Max’s Restaurant along Quezon Avenue last 21st December 2016.
In attendance as trainees were field supervisors assigned to SFI’s clients. They were joined by SFI’s Executive Committee, and Operations team members from SFI’s Head, Laguna, Dau and Bataan offices.
The corporate event, given the working title and theme “Unlocking the Greatness in All of Us”, was graced by SFI President and CEO Luis Alberto Anastacio, who first led the participants through a primer of the company’s progress in strengthening its legal compliance. Throughout the training session, Mr. Anastacio also initiated small group discussions to pinpoint red flags and opportunities on the field, and provided an update of the company’s latest business and CSR undertakings.
Upon the arrival of SFI Chairman Estrellita Anastacio later that day, the event staff commenced the recognition ceremony for recipients of the SFI Pillar Awards and of the Luis Alberto Anastacio Award. The recipients were identified as the most outstanding members of the assembled field supervisors in terms of their performance and their embodiment of SFI’s corporate values. The awardees personally received their accolades from the President and the Chairman.
With the cordial atmosphere setting the tone, the event doubled as the field supervisors’ Christmas Party and fellowship following the conclusion of the awards ceremony.
