Last September 7, Servicio Filipino Inc. President and CEO Lloyd Anastacio delivered a rousing presentation at the 7th Happy-at-Work Conference. Speaking about talent mobility and skills development, Mr. Anastacio shared SFI’s best practices through the years, the frameworks that the company had used, and the outputs that they had produced such as the high employee engagement that SFI upholds with pride. He also highlighted the company’s advocacy for education and workforce development through programs like the PTMI and other activities, which further highlighted the commitment of the company not only to the growth of its people but also to the revitalization of nation building. Mr. Anastacio gave his presentation at the same venue as some of the country’s premier experts and best speakers, such as Anthony Pangilinan, Ardy Abello, JV Wong, and Boris Joaquin. Investors in People Philippines Chairman Janet Webster also graced the event as part of the speakers’ panel discussion.
During the event’s Happy-at-Work Awards launching, SFI received a special citation for being a role model in exemplifying what a happy-at-work workplace is. SFI was hailed as one of the first awardees of the Happy-at-Work Awards, with its high employee engagement being recognized both locally and internationally. Present to receive the award beside Mr. Anastacio were SFI Chairman Estrellita Anastacio and SFI Treasurer Vivian Anastacio-Guerrero.
