In recognition of their dedication and service, Servicio Filipino Inc. (SFI) honored its long-term employees during a special awarding ceremony on January 31 (Friday) at the SFI Zorra Training Room, held alongside the Town Hall Meeting.

Mr. Carlos Candelaria (Vice President of Operations) delivered the opening speech, commending the awardees for their unwavering commitment, hard work, and loyalty—values that have been the foundation of SFI’s success.

Vivian Guerrero presented plaques and cash incentives to employees who have served the company for 5 to 35 years. Each awardee was invited to the stage to receive recognition and express gratitude for the honor.

A total of 22 employees from various departments, including Operations, Finance, MSBDC, and Human Resources, were recognized for their years of service. Among them was Lorna Binuya, a 35-year service awardee, who began her journey in the Billing Department and is now one of the most trusted specialists on her team. While not all awardees were able to attend the ceremony, their dedication and contributions were equally recognized.

Another honoree, Analisa Navarro from Payroll & Billing (NLRO), expressed her gratitude for the opportunity given to her by SFI. She said, “The Anastacio family has treated me as part of their own. For 30 years, I have chosen to stay at SFI because of my love for my work and my strong commitment to the company.”

According to Mr. Anastacio, the commitment, dedication, and loyalty demonstrated by the awardees serve as a testament to the firm foundation of SFI. “Our roadmap is not just a plan. It is a commitment to shaping our future and paving the way for SFI’s growth through 2030,” he stated.

The ceremony was both meaningful and emotional, highlighting the unwavering dedication of SFI’s long-serving employees. Led by the HR team, the recognition program was a significant highlight of the Town Hall Meeting. More than just an awards ceremony, it inspired all employees to continue serving with excellence, dedication, and integrity.
