Servicio Filipino Inc. (SFI) officially launched a new partnership on February 1, 2025 (Saturday), in Carmona, Cavite. SFI will serve as the new building and grounds maintenance service provider for a leading global semiconductor manufacturer
A Go Live event marked the formal beginning of the contract. This was followed by a comprehensive safety orientation for the newly hired employees. The orientation covered essential workplace safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), emergency procedures, and the correct handling of machinery. Afterward, a guided plant tour introduced the employees to semiconductor production environments.
According to Shawn Dimacali, Sales Officer, one key factor in securing the contract was how well SFI’s proposal aligned with the client’s operational requirements. “Our services are tailored to their requirements, ensuring we deliver excellent service.”

At the start of operations, 13 new employees underwent an in-depth safety and workplace orientation led by the SFI team.
SFI sees this partnership as a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the semiconductor industry and re-engage with former clients in this sector.
“We aim to acquire more clients in the semiconductor industry. ” Dimacali added.
The partnership marks another milestone in SFI’s journey toward industry leadership as it continuously adapts to the evolving needs of manufacturing companies.
