  1. Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
  2. Greeting customers/visitors in a prompt and friendly fashion.
  3. Providing outstanding service to customers/visitors – either over the phone or in person.
  4. Assisting customers or callers by providing information, answering questions, and/or directing calls/inquiries as necessary.
  5. Identifying and/or escalating issues for resolution.
  6. Building rapport with the customer by displaying an engaging, kind, and helpful attitude.
  7. Manages meeting room requests and Pantry Attendant.
  8. Completing calls or transactions in a manner that maintains quality and quantity.
  9. Making outbound phone calls in response to any inquiries, questions, or other follow-ups.
  10. Performing data entry into a computer system, program, or database.
  11. Receiving, sorting, and routing mail or other inter-office communication.
  12. Maintaining a neat and clean lobby/reception area for visitors.
  13. Manages the cleaning and messenger services.
  14. Providing any other support as needed to teams, departments, managers, and other staff.


    – Must be living near an area in Taguig / Makati
    – Computer literate
    – With a pleasing personality
    – Exudes leadership capabilities
    – College Graduate, Undergraduate and Senior High School
    – At least 5’4 to 5’5 in height
    – Can multi-task
