Because our company is in the business of providing people, aside from excellence, this is the most important value that our company adheres to.

This is why SFI treats its people as the company’s most important asset and most valuable resource. Each individual’s personal and physical well-being is always top priority, and at no phase of our business process do we sacrifice any individual’s personal health and physical safety.

Health and Safety are everybody’s responsibility and paramount concern.

At SFI, we truly believe that proper health check measures, policies and workplace practices can prevent communicable diseases from spreading in the company.

Illnesses can be contained with proper knowledge on the handling and treatment of such health cases. We also believe that all accidents and injuries can be prevented and averted through proper training, being firm with the implementation of our rules and regulations, policies and procedures, safeguarding all operating exposures, and, being vigilant against possible mishaps and accidents on site. We believe that every individual must have an active role in always making our working environment a better, healthier and safer place for all of us.
